"Of the five businesses I contacted for estimates, I thought the Bonney installer gave me the most honest up-front estimate (although it was also the highest estimate). Some of the businesses would only give me over-the-phone low-ball estimates that were obviously just for the water heater itself, neglecting to mention the extra components that would be needed such as valves, strappings, expansion tank, and an electrical disconnect box, all required for the City permit. And only a couple of businesses, even one who came to the house, bothered to mention the required City permit. The Bonney installer showed up on time with all the required equipment. He removed the old tank and components, prepped the area for the new components, and completed the installation in about five hours. He also cleaned the area thoroughly when he was finished. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results. It passed the City inspection. And I also think I got a better quality water heater brand which isn't available online or at discount big-box stores."

The workmanship was great in the interior attic and for the exterior condenser. They cleaned-up afterwards and left no trace or trash. They even ran diagnostic tests after installation and provided the written results with follow-up 6 months later to inspect and make any adjustments. "Nick was late to our first appt, but he rescheduled his next day to accommodate me first thing.  He asked me what I wanted to do and thoroughly explained everything he would need to do to complete the job and made nice recommendations.  On the first floor he had to cut out pieces of dry wall to be able to run wire because there was no existing fixture.  It was very cleanly done w/ minimal cut ins.  Though they don't do drywall repair they put the cut out pieces back in place so there weren't holes in the ceiling and wall.  The 2nd story fixtures they were able to install with no intrusion.  
They even checked and changed a couple lights out in the kitchen at no extra cost.  They worked very cleanly and were friendly and professional and their price was very fair and competitive.  I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.
