The tree was trimmed exactly as I requested; the tree will continue to provide a perfect shade canopy over my deck. I hired three different tree companies to trim trees on my property; the results were terrible. The work that Bruno and his crew provided was beyond reproach. We explained the fence will be getting replaced in the near future to which he responded that when that time came to call them and they will come back out to finish the job. When we called to schedule this, it took 3 weeks to get an answer back from the company. When someone finally called us back, they told us that they would charge us $100-150. This is not what was discussed initially and the tone of the person calling us was rather abrupt and off put that we insisted it was. He stated it "wasn't in our contract", when both my husband and I know that it was agreed they would come back out to finish the job. The tree work that was actually completed was fine by the team that came out that first day, (trimming and tree removal(not stump) and the price was reasonable. But the customer service is awful. I cannot recommend them based on their inability to uphold an agreement and response time to get back to us on it."
