You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

"Moved about 2 months ago. First off service was outstanding!! I called my moving consultant all the time to change dates and other details and she was so helpful, never disrespectful or evasive. The crew was great too, they moved my entire house, packed and boxed my fragile items up and had me in my new home the next day!!
