Best architects near Potrero, CA

"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. I highly recommend DM Building, and would be happy to discuss their work further with anyone who is looking for a custom home builder or looking to embark on a large remodel project. "We did a full remodel of our place, full new kitchen, and expanded our place into the backyard for a new master suite. Pac Sands did a really great job with our designs. Great tools that made the communication easy with the plans and changes we needed. And they handled the engineering and permitting too, which was great. Highly recommend."

"Kent at C&H was able to do everything I asked and suggested more that improved my project. He took my vision and made it reality. His staff was very knowledgeable and everything was done quickly."

"These people did an amazing job! Being the guy that I am my house definitely needed some new ideas. I have no clue about interior design, but working with them quickly put me at ease. So if you're looking for a company to guide you in the right direction and create something just for you, go with this interior design company!"

"Evilution Drafting was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job preparing the architectural plans."

"Finally, after using three different companies, I talked to Luis at Brothers Landscape and they did not disappoint. I wish I found them 5 years ago and saved myself a lot of headache (and money from failed front yard landscape attempts). They weren't the cheapest (nor the most expensive), but his ideas were very creative and now that the job is complete, we are so happy with the result. Luis had to do some extra work to fix the other company's mess, but he did it superbly and we couldn't be happier. I get all kinds of compliments from neighbors and even delivery drivers tell us how much they like the design. Luis was very professional and what he said he would do, he did it. His communication skills were top notch as well. I always knew what was going on with the project and if there were any delays (I was left in the dark from other companies). I will definitely be using this company again for some work in the backyard because I know the work is well worth the money spent. Save yourself time and money from searching for your landscape company and give Luis a call. You will not be disappointed."

"Our kitchen remodel exceeded our expectations, providing us with a beautiful and highly efficient space for cooking and gathering. We're thrilled with the results, as the new design seamlessly integrates style and functionality."

"Kush Drafting helped me with my remodeling plan and a new design for my ADU. They were fast and easy to work with. They helped me throughout the process with my questions. I recommend them!"
