"I've used Chris on a number of occassions. I was referred to him by a friend about a year after owning my first home (2018). I had never used a designer before and didn't realize all the various jobs he was capable of helping me with. I had also just had my first bad experience with a general contractor who came in on a bid for a 5k job, and left with 30k of my money - for a small job in my living room. Never again - I will only use Chris from here on out. The first job I hired him for was with picking out furnishings and fixing a few of the things that the General Contractor messed up in my living room area. Then about a year later, fall of 2019, he helped me with both of the bedrooms - installing BEAUTIFUL closets and resdesigning both the master bedroom and guest bed. In redesigning the closets, he also built out a great utility closet for me. Then in 2020 (shortly before the pandemic), he helped me design my casita into an office as I am a remote worker. It's my "she-shed" now and everyone is so jealous of my office space! Now, I'm having him do a kitchen remodel and everything is going great. The caliber of the work is top-notch. My house is clean every night after the workmen leave, and I'm just thrilled that I'm finally doing this. Next stop - bathroom remodels! LOL. All his work is well done, he is honest & ethical, keeps you informed throughout the process, doesn't sugarcoat what it is going to cost, and checks in/is at my house daily! "The work completed was of the highest quality. Danny, the owner of DM Building, is a fair and honest business owner, and very responsive. He has a very skilled group of people and they did a great job from start to finish. Our foreman, Scott, who treated the project like it was his own home, provided excellent guidance and help throughout the remodel. The attention to detail was impressive and suggestions were made along the way which made the house even better. Most of the workers are employees which helps in scheduling work. We did work with some contractors recommended and managed by DM Building for kitchen and laundry cabinets, as well as tiling and flooring--and they were professional and did excellent work. In my case, I had never done a remodel and my husband was the main contact in initiating the work. Unfortunately, he died when we were in the middle of the rebuild. Danny, Scott and his crew were very supportive and helped me through the remodel, over and above my expectations, accommodating additional changes and working with me to get everything completed. The house is beautiful."

"Finally, after using three different companies, I talked to Luis at Brothers Landscape and they did not disappoint. I wish I found them 5 years ago and saved myself a lot of headache (and money from failed front yard landscape attempts). They weren't the cheapest (nor the most expensive), but his ideas were very creative and now that the job is complete, we are so happy with the result. Luis had to do some extra work to fix the other company's mess, but he did it superbly and we couldn't be happier. I get all kinds of compliments from neighbors and even delivery drivers tell us how much they like the design. Luis was very professional and what he said he would do, he did it. His communication skills were top notch as well. I always knew what was going on with the project and if there were any delays (I was left in the dark from other companies). I will definitely be using this company again for some work in the backyard because I know the work is well worth the money spent. "I had contact with both Chris Payne, owner, and Grady Moore, Dir. of Business Development. I worked mostly with Grady. He always responded promptly to phone messages and e-mails. The workers came when promised. Grady was on-site every day. There was some fine tuning needed at completion and Grady finished the work to my total satisfaction. There are a lot of companies out there, so I did careful comparison shopping - everything from length of nails (some companies use staples) to tightness of thatch at grass base. They have the best product and terrific customer service."
