He said yes, I asked his name and told him that I had been waiting on someone from his company since 8am. He was very nonchalant and told me that he had cancelled my appointment because he was not available. Obviously, he made no attempt to contact me about the change. I rescheduled my day to accommodate this appointment and that was time wasted....over 5 hours dealing with this nonsense! I will be contacting Sears to get a refund for the protection plan and I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!"
