The lights came out fine. However, the tiles are sort of clean (there are still calcium spots and mold in the grout) and whoever fixed the gap in the pool to re-silicone left cement particles at the bottom of the pool that won't come off. To top it off, as we began refilling the pool, bubbles in the plaster started showing up! I spoke with Sean about it, and all he could say was that looks like I will need to replaster my pool. I did plenty of research online and spoke with a contractor who builds and repairs pools for many resorts and hotels, plus went to 2 pool stores. Bottom line, I learned that this company should never have drained my pool at this time of the year. I didn't know, but everyone who knows anything about pools knows that if a pool is drained when the temp is over 90 degrees, it cannot be left dry or it will bubble an ruin the plaster. They left the pool undrained and dry for almost 3 days, with the temps reaching 100 degrees. There was no need to because all 3 fixes could have been accomplished with a slight draining of the pool. Now I am faced with having to replaster my pool which is going to cost thousands of dollars that I was not prepared to spend. Instead of contacting me to try and help fix the problems, the owner sent a threat to send me to collections if I didn't pay-up. Very unprofessional and uncaring. My husband passed away this past Thanksgiving, leaving me with having to take care of everything. So that's what I've been trying to do and it's been tough without him to help me do research on companies and get estimates for work I need around my property. I spoke with Sean on the phone a couple of times and then had him come over and talk about the work. It sounded like he would be okay and struck an agreement. Looking back now, I should have done more research.

everything was fine, then they charged more for the pool service that quoted. Did a lousy job cleaning the pool and didn't show up when they were suppose. When I went to find there office they had moved and never notified me. The Office Manager, Dan needs to be replaced. He's not professional at all and

I had received a price quote from a leading pool company in the Palm Springs area to move the two valves. My pool equipment room is over 55 feet away from the valves and to get to the pool equipment room the cement had to be removed than replaced. Crystal Blue Pools & Patios completed the job quickly and cleaned the area very well for a much lower price of the first pool companies quote.

Fantastic! Sean who installed the equipment was very professional. Arrived on time and was very neat. Took the time to explain everything to us a few times and made sure everything was in working order before leaving.

I researched several companies before selecting Crystal Blue Pools and Patios. Being a general contracting company, they bring all the varied labor skills to tackle a job, from soup to nuts. Since they are not outsourcing compotents to other firms, they are able to provide a better total project cost. For each area of work-- design, stone, pavers, fountain, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping, Crystal Blue has talented people to manage and perform all necessary work. Having one firm with all resources allowed me to have one point of contact for managing the project. The work was done on time and on budget. Any minor issues or change requests were handled promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend Crystal Blue for any exterior home improvements.

Brian was great at meeting with us quickly and providing a comprehensive bid for the work to be done. We met with him a few times to discuss different options and he was great to work with in helping us complete the work, while being budget smart. We were able to schedule the work, with plenty of lead time. The crew completed the work in the time set forth (which was important to us given we had guests arriving and wanted to use the back patio for their visit). When we discovered a couple items that needed resolution, after the project was complete, Brian quickly followed up with us and had them addressed.

As rating indicates...all went well. I have also hired them to perform my monthly service.....and so far that quality is superior to prior contract. I have had quite a lot of contracting done on this property, and I believe this company performed the BEST of anyone I have hired.

Perfect from start to finish. Arrived on time, worked very hard all day, were very polite and did a very professional job. Also, cleaned up everything. Spotless.

Owners and employees  were prompt, professional and respectful of our home during the project.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our front and backyard. It looks beautiful and professionally done. We get many comments how great it looks.  Several neighbors wanted Crystal Blue Pools number so that they could use them for their yard landscaping and pools.

I can't speak highly enough of the quality of the work completed by CBPP. Brian and Chuck kept me informed throughout the process and provided clear plans, cost estimates and timelines, which were strictly adhered to. This made the process relatively painless, knowing I was getting what I was told. I didn't have the same success with a previous contractor. I will only use CBPP for any future projects and I highly recommend them for peace of mind for the conscientious homeowner. They delivered on what they promised and did so in a timely fashion. The quality of the work performed is the best I have come across in my many ventures of using contractors in the past. A job well done by all the staff of CBPP, particularly Brian and Chuck.

Crystal Pools went beyond my expectations. They did. and are continuing to do, more than just re-plaster the pool.
When Bryan came out to to do the original estimate he not only measured the pool but also inspected the pool equipment to be sure that it was operational.
      The work crew that showed up to do the job waas fast and professional. After they were finished they did a complete cleanup. The backyard was cleaner than when they arrived.
     The day after the job was finished a gentleman from Crystal(Rob? I am not sure of his name, only heard it once) came by and brush vacuumed the pool. After he was finished he helped me clean and reassemble the pool filter.


           From start to finish the people at Crystal Pools have gone beyond expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Crystal Blue Pools services on multiple occasions and referred their service to clients, as well. ?Each time they have responded quickly, provided pricing that outmatches other competitors and handles the job all the way to the end with great professionalism. ?Our previous job by them about 4 months ago was a larger job with cement work of pouring colored cement for an approximate 700 sq ft patio, including the demolition and managing an existing sprinkler system. ?It could not have been handled better from beginning to end. ?The several other jobs I have asked their help with all went the same. ?A big thumbs up.
