"Having Sunpower install our Solar panels has been a great experience. Arvin helped explain the system, process the paperwork, and made sure the installation and inspections were all done on time. Sunpower system has saved us alot in electrical costs. We are so happy with how this has turned out. Our system is actually performing 25% more efficiently than expected!! A big thanks to Arvin for all his help throughout this process."

"I had an issue with our solar panel not producing any electricity so I called and left message for Garrett from Sunlux. Not only did he call me back the same day, but he basically diagnose the problem over the phone and sent someone from Sunlux to come to my house the next business day to confirm diagnosis that we had a bad inverter. A few hours later that day Garret called not only to schedule an install of the new inverter, but to my surprise he also said that because we were having problems with pigeons living under the solar panels that he would install critter guard to prevent the pigeons from going underneath the panels for no charge. I would highly recommend Sunlux for their professionalism as well as their great customer service."

"I can't say enough good things about my experience with Solar Universe. The installation was executed perfectly and timely. Any questions I had were a phone call away and were answered promptly. When the day came to switch the system on, all went without a hitch and I was thrilled to see the meter turning backwards! We're off the grid and saving a good amount of money on our electrical bill. I would highly recommend these folks for your solar investment."

"I brought to the attention the 1 panel that had a sagging corner, my comment was ignored. Just this month I received an e-mail asking if I could use any additional services to me, in response I asked about the sagging corner and an unrelated technical question. They addressed my question but not my sagging corner. This is the reason I did not give them all 5 stars."
