I thought he'd charge an emergency service fee for that. Nope! Same flat rate. He picked out exactly the replacement I needed, not from a jobber where he'd get paid a markup. Nope! From Home Depot. Thought shopping would take an hour. Nope! Done in less than 20 minutes. Brought it home and installed it in about 30 minutes. Cracking jokes the whole time. "Anthony did a great job. He was 10 minutes after 2pm (our agreed upon time to meet) but he texted me to let me know, which I appreciated. There were at least three separate moments during the installation of the Sense electrical monitor where I felt like he had completed the work sufficiently, but he went back and redid it because he wasn't happy with the quality and felt it could be done better and felt compelled to do the best he could. It ended up taking him longer than he expected but he didn't feel it was fair to charge me extra for that time. Anthony was knowledgeable and conscientious.
