This is my first time to have a fireplace cleaned.  Tim and Doug were fast, efficient and clean.  Their total time at the house was just under an hour.  Tim addressed all my concerns.  Tim showed me how to easily open and close the damper.  He found the soot door in the fireplace floor.  Tim explained the pros and cons of using wood, Duralogs and gas.
