They were easy to get a hold of, scheduled us within two days, arrived on time, and did a fine job, all the while being courteous and friendly. I had been a little concerned about the patch to our carpeting showing, but I can't even see the difference, and it was a much less expensive solution than re-carpeting the entire bedroom would have been.
