"There were several hours late, but did call to explain another job was taking longer.  I think someone just forgot us, and then discovered and roused up another truck to come out and do our job.  That said, they did show up, do good work.  I had not used a carpet cleaner in several years and thought $180 a bit much for a one room and stairs, but others seem to think this is the current rate.  The carpets did look very good.

I called and left a message, but there was a weekend that delayed a response. I talked with our person who cleaned, told him about the problem. He said it was the padding, to wait two more days and then call him. He said they would return then and spray more enzyme. I am to call on Thursday (this is Tuesday). Hopefully the odor problem will then be resolved, The carpeting itself looks beautiful!!"
