The Specialists is the All Natural Cleaning Company in the greater Sacramento area. We use best practices to ensure our clients receive the most outstanding service experience possible. "I scheduled an appointment to have the carpet in my master bedroom deep cleaned and treat any pet stains. I received a call the day before my appt to provide a time frame of when the technician would arrive. The day of the appointment I received a phone call from the technician to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived promptly and measured the square footage since I was a first time customer. He informed me that the information would be placed in their system so repeat appointment would have that information. I was asked follow-up questions around my pet so any stains could be treated properly. At the end of the cleaning a blower was set up to help the carpet dry. The cleaning left my carpet looking brand new and the scent used was light and pleasant. I was given a spot cleaning solution for use between appointments. The technician was very professional and took the time to educate me on the process. I was pleased with the overall results and will be a repeat customer and recommending to family and friends."

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

Granite should be resealed every 12 to 18 months, depending on the color and usage. Lighter granite needs to be resealed more frequently than darker colors. If you use acidic cleaners or prepare food on the surface regularly, you must reseal the surface more frequently. Without proper sealing, granite is vulnerable to staining. You can tell if your countertop needs to be resealed by placing a wet paper towel on the counter for 10 minutes. If the water beads up, it is still sufficiently sealed; if it sinks in, it’s time to apply sealant.

Since marble is a porous material, it is more prone to water spots than other countertop options. Fortunately, pure water doesn’t damage your marble, but if the water is acidic, it can cause stains or water spots. Resealing throughout the year can help increase marble’s water resistance, too.

While quartz holds up well against stains of all kinds, it isn’t completely resistant. Make sure to wipe up water and other liquids as soon as possible to prevent stains. If you spot water stains on your quartz countertops, you can clean quartz counters in just a few steps using simple household cleaners, like dish soap or baking soda paste.

White quartz is a very low-maintenance countertop material. It’s nonporous, so it won’t stain, even if you spill dark liquids on it. The light color will make dirt show up much easier, but a simple wipe-down will keep the countertops looking fresh and bright for years to come. However, it might not be the best kitchen countertop idea on a budget because it's expensive.

Silestone® is a low-maintenance countertop material, but certain things, like strong chemicals and solvents, can cause damage. Abrasive scrubs can cause scratches, and products that contain oil or powder can leave a residue. Finally, avoid letting oven cleaner come into contact with Silestone® because it can cause discoloration.
