Ken worked hard all day by himself to get the job completed. He had to stay a little late but did not mind. He came along way to help a customer. He is very focused on making the customer happy. I will call Ken the next time I need tile cleaning.

Ken showed up on time and worked extremely hard all day, first cleaning and then sealing all of our stone and grout.  He has a genuine enthusiasm for his work and explained the process and gave recommendations for taking care of our stonework - which cleaners to use, and which not to use.  He is very personable and professional and we would definitely use him again.  We are in an area where new houses are being built and we will recommend him to all of our neighbors.

Not only did Ken do a wonderful job, he gave us recommendations on how to maintain the tile/grout and keep it at its best.  Ken is very personable and friendly he definitely cares about making sure you are happy with his work.  We had a model house that had scuff marks/dirt and grim all over the tiles/grout from 1-1/2 years of foot traffic and Ken removed all!!!  Love what he did to replace it to it original look.

Oveall it went very well.  He is very excited about his work and gave us many good ideas for maintaining our tile.  He showed up on time, was very good at contacting us and did a great job.  He did our neighbor's tile too and that's why we had him do our tile.  It's nice that it's done and we don't have to worry about sealing the tile for many years.  Great service, great job and a nice person to deal with.

"Member was dealing with a pretty common problem, she has 4 in. Ceramic white counter top tile, with white grout. After a few years of living the grout becomes dirty, and turns grey. We were able to extract all the years of soiling out of tile & grout. Counter tops return to white grout. We offer 3 different types of sealer. Upon customers request we sealed with a 6+ year premium sealer. Customer now is very happy."

Ken was very professional. I was shown before & after photos. He also did a test run & showed me what all could be done. I will be calling him again next time I need my bathroom fully cleaned.

"We love cleaning natural stone because we get great results. Special care is given when we clean any natural stone like Slate, Travertine, Granite, Limestone. Etc. These tiles are soft and become embedded with heavy soils that are difficult to remove. Once properly cleaned this soft stone was sealed so it is protected against staining. Customer happy."
