I requested a hard copy of the estimates. When he left he left all of his information and papers in my driveway. I called him and left him a message that he had left his portfolio. My mother and I needed to find someone to clean up a mess left by another contractor who not only did not listen to what was wanted, but just made a bigger mess. He even took extra steps like walking the property to see firsthand what was being expressed and took videos with his drone to show us areas we weren't even aware of.
