RCA was friendly but not to be trusted as far a keeping the promises they continually made. Some of the workmanship was unacceptable and they had to bring in a new sub to repair it. Toward the end of the project they hired a new project manager, Tim, who was nice (though also unable to work in a timely manner). He explained that we were being squeezed in around other"
