The owner, Eric, quoted the job the day we called and did the work a day later. Our old service just steam cleaned the carpet in about 90 minutes total where as ReR shampooed the carpets first then steam cleaned to remove the soap and dirt. Eric worked all of 5 hours making our carpet look new again!! He even left us a high powered blower to help dry out the house as the humidity had to be one of the highest we have seen this summer. Prepare the area to protect surrounding furnishings and floors. Pre-vacuum to help remove loose soil, pet dander, dust mites, etc. Pre-treat stains and heavily soiled areas. Lightly agitate to loosen stains and soil. Complete steam rinse and extraction to remove soil and stains, leaving upholstery clean, fresh smelling, and almost dry to the touch.
