My experience with them was fine. They did a very, very great job. I have used them before. I definitely use them for at least rugs. I do not know what they do on carpet cleaning. I have not had them do carpets, but they cleaned our expensive rugs here. They did a terrific job!

Even though they will pick up rugs, I was able (with the help of a friend) to bring it to them. It is quite large, 8x10 I think. It looked great when I picked it up, and having the pad under it has made it much more comfortable (and it will last longer). I would definitely recommend this company to others.

SIMONIAN ORIENTAL RUG CLEANERS
Simonian Oriental Rug Cleaners, did an excellent job on cleaning the rug.
It was an old antique rug.
They did a repair on it, but when they cleaned it a part came unraveled and they didn't fix that, or tell me about it.
They had forgot to tell me.
Price was fair.
