"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Jessica always makes herself available for me. As a Realtor I need homes cleaned short notice and done at a high level. She always comes through and delivers great service for me and my clients. I strongly recommend her."

"The service was great! He was on time and did great work. My carpets have never looked or smelled better. I would definitely hire him again."

"I hired California Steam Carpet Clean to clean the carpets and floor mats of a Chevy Tahoe and wow! I was so impressed by the results, the carpets looked brand new and it’s a 10 year old vehicle! Shaun was very personable, professional and even asked me to review his work before putting the equipment away to make sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. This company will be my go-to for all carpet cleaning needs now! Highly recommend."

"My carpet is old and has been cleaned several times, but Luke got all the old spots out. He went the extra mile in moving the furniture that needed moving and returning it to the correct place. He is the kind of professional you can welcome into your home. I highly recommend him. Rebecca Corbin"

"I needed cleaning done at my Mom's house. Her tile and carpet came out beautifully! The person on the phone was very helpful and the tech that came to the house was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with this company. They were also running a cleaning special so I got 25% off!"

"Loved my first experience with Xcleaning ! What really sold me was their hiring process because it?s a big deal letting someone into your home. I felt more comfortable knowing they carefully vet their cleaners before referring them. The duo showed up on time, brought all their own supplies, and were super detailed with the cleaning. They double-checked with me about certain areas and made sure I was happy with everything before wrapping up. My place looked amazing afterward. Definitely planning to stick with them moving forward"

"Worked very slow, took 3 hrs to clean two small bathrooms. never got to kitchen"
