"Really great experience. Called AD3 after finding that faucet would not turn the water off after watering my lawn. Adrian answered and explained that he was on a job but he would get another plumber to come more quickly. He called back within a few minutes and said someone would be coming soon. Within 20 mins. A Diaz Plumbing van arrived and 2 very experienced and nice plumbers quickly got to work replacing the faucet! All of this occurred in less than an hour and the cost was very reasonable. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up.
