They removed pictures from the walls and moved furniture out of the way, and put everything back in its place when done. Their painting was meticulous and the finished work is beautiful. "I called Three Star painting and set up an appointment to meet with Marty Choi for an estimate. He was a little late making the appointment time but apologized for his lateness. I appreciated that. He was very informative  in how he paints the house including me in the decision process. I also wanted to get all the dirt and algea cleaned off my roof  prior to the painting as I felt there was no sense in having a newly painted home with a crummy looking roof. He said that he would be able to  do this before he starts to paint. He gave me a quote for the paint job and also an optional quote for power washing the tile roof as I needed to go over the prices with my husband before giving the okay.
Marty's crew came on August 24, very punctual I may add, and began to pressure wash the tile roof. It was amazing how much dirt they were able to remove and I am so thrilled with the clean roof. Marty stopped by in the afternoon to get the colors that I had selected. He helped me with my indecisiveness regarding the stucco color. The one that I had chosen called Modern Ivory, Marty said would be too "bright" and he suggested another color called Bone that would look better. I am glad that I trusted him on that as the color goes real well with the trim and siding color that I had selected. They then proceeded to paint the stucco, trim and siding on my home the following day and the day after. it took only 3 full days (such hard workers) from start to finish. I am very happy with the way my home looks. Marty checked over the process every day that his workers were painting.
If there was any little bit of negative criticism, i would say that I was left with a dirty, messy backyard patio. I don't know what caused all the dirt and debris on my patio, and one of my patio cushions had dirt on it. I didn't notice it until the crew had left or I would have said something. Other than that, they did a tremendous job. I would highly recommend them to others and would certainly use them again."

"Brad's company has performed services at both my home and office on different occasions.  Part of the work has been a remodeling type project and another has been due to a pipe leak and resulting damage in my home.  Brad and his guys removed drywall, replaced drywall, mud/tape/texture drywall, primed, painted new & repaired drywall.  They even removed old wallpaper and textured and finished the drywall underneath!  I appreciate that Brad is always prompt in returning calls, he shows up as scheduled, and the work is done without my supervision."

"Very well, in fact great. BGB did a fantastic job with the remodel. Considering we were in the middle of a pandemic, Nir and his team went out of their way to get us done because they knew we were living out of our garage. The finishes were exactly what we asked for, and when we found a discrepancy, Nir made sure it got corrected to our liking. BGB is a company that worries about customer satisfaction and quality, rare these days. Some members of Nir’s team worth calling out are Ami the plumber and Max the Drywaller. Both are exceptional tradesmen. Nir’s flooring subcontractor also did a fantastic job. He came back out to finish the door transitions which was a very small job for him to drive from L.A. to Orange. Nir dealt with our scope creep very well, what started out as a kitchen remodel then included a wall removal, opening our family room to our dining room and flooring almost all of our house. His prices are fair and his management of the overall project was very effective. I would hire Be Green Builders again in a heartbeat. In fact we have a master bath upgrade on our list of projects and I will be calling Nir and Be Green Builders first."
