"paid for them to clean my house as I was moving in and let me tell you they did a ****** job cleaning. I faithfully paid them without seeing the results as he only provided with pictures not great quality. Once I was finally able to see for myself not happy at all try to contact them personally did not get a reply back, I kept trying to get an answer and nothing. Yes he eventually answer but did not provide me with an answer nor with my invoice Sergio promise to send. I explained to Sergio what I needed cleaning prior to choosing his service as well as how big the house was if his company was not able to clean thoroughly why not let me know prior to paying. Dissapoointed that I paid for his service so I wouldn't have to clean and I ended up having to do it myself"

When I called to make a complaint on the service the technician provided I spoke to a representative that was very rude and when I asked to be transferred to a manager the manager yelled at me, talked over me, did not let me explain the reason I wanted to talk to her. When I told her she had bad customer service and that she needed to work on her listening skills, and I was going to put a bad review, she got even more mad at me. Never did she let me explain the reason why I was upset at the technician. Didn’t give me the time to speak without her constantly interrupting me. Her name is Diana. She told me she was going to send a report to my furniture insurance that they don’t want to do business with me, why because I complaint? Because she was upset at me? I have never dealt with a company like this before. I wished she could of at least lied that she cared for my feedback."
