sent photos of chair by email. Received preliminary estimate. Roberto and his father came to my house with leather samples. Took the chair with them and about 2 weeks later delivered the chair to me. Very professional, gave their opinions when asked. Did a beautiful job on a delicate antique leather wing chair.
