"When I called for an estimate I was surprised at how quickly Mr. Straus was able to come. I knew the carpeting I wanted and he was able to get it in a reasonable time. (The carpet had to be run specially by the manufacturer.) When my remodel slowed down, he was very flexible about re-scheduling the date of installation to meet my new needs. The installation was painless, with workers arriving exactly when they said they would, cleaning up after themselves, and making seams that were almost invisible, with a single exception. When I wrote Mr. Straus that my worry was not about the lack of invisibility of a single seam but the fear it might unravel with time. He guaranteed he would fix it if that happened. "I hired Silvia‘s cleaning service to clean my house. My contact with Silvia from the moment I made the first phone call was extremely easy to set up an appointment. She was very quick to send me a quote and explained what her company can do for me. On the first day of my house being cleaned A crew of four women as well As Silvia showed up. I gave them quick instructions on what I wanted to be clean. Silvia was very helpful and very sweet as well as her crew.
