(The carpet had to be run specially by the manufacturer.) When my remodel slowed down, he was very flexible about re-scheduling the date of installation to meet my new needs. The installation was painless, with workers arriving exactly when they said they would, cleaning up after themselves, and making seams that were almost invisible, with a single exception. Allen was super responsive on phone and on email. I like that his cost is fair because it's based off of square footage. He came over on a rainy day and recommended he come back on another day when it wasn't rainy to not track dirt into the house. I appreciated him making two trips out to the house. He came with his brother and protected the corners with corner guards. I'm glad I found a carpet cleaner that I can stay with for years to come. "
