It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. "Sam did a great job on all the repair items on my list except one and that one was to be subcontracted to a painter he knew. (I was supposed to get an estimate on that job a couple of days after Sam finished the initial work and I never heard back from either of them!). My only critique was that he didn't stay in contact with me, and before he started I had to call him and ask if he still wanted the job. I do want to reiterate that the quality of Sam's work was excellent, the work was completed quickly, the cost was very fair, clean-up was good and he was easy to work with. I would recommend him.
