I have backhoes & bull Dozers to do any job large or small. I build individual driveways & single house pads, removing the brush & trees if neccesary prior, to installing the septic system, all the individual utillity lines ( power, water, gas, phone) right up to completion with the gravel & paving of the driveway & parking for your home or busssiness. There is no standard depth, but typically, septic tanks are buried between 4 inches and 4 feet underneath the earth’s surface. There are a few factors that will determine your tank’s depth, including the height of your bedrock, the distance between your home and the tank, and the depth of your main sewer line.

The best type of soil to build on is a mixture of sand and clay, known as loam soil. Loam soil has the best combination of these soil types to build a foundation on.
