Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. "The provided installed two skylights, scraped and retextured the ceilings, made the attic easily accessible with a pull drop-down ladder, installed a fan in the roof of the attic to keep the attic cool (the fan kicks on at 80 degrees), repainted the interior, made wall repairs, and installed new bathroom fixtures. The workers were professional, friendly and usually prompt. Called when they were running late or needed to reschedule."

"Another company worked on my heater twice and did not resolve the problem which was that the heat would not always come on as scheduled. Kenneth's identified the real cause of the problem and fixed it. He also noticed a conduit connection going into the roof was separated where rain could enter. He fixed that, too. Two other companies wanted to sign me up as a preferred customer (for a significant fee) for privileged service. I consider that to be unfair to customers not signed up but have an emergency need. Kenneth's did not try to sign me up to such a program. Kenneth's gave me prompt service and solved the problem at a reasonable price. Kenneth's is now my preferred go-to HVAC servicing company."
