"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"My Geek-tech technician fixed a number of issues I was having with my computers, some of which I didn't even know I had. He also made some adjustments to make it easier for me to use my laptops. A big thank you to Albert Johnson for his help!"

"Ric is an intelligent, hardworking, and thorough solar installer/business owner with a deserving team. I’ve been having issues with my system since installation 3 years ago. Gonna skip the story and just tell you that Ric fixed a botched install by a company that cons people, and a city inspector that signs off on anything. For 3 years, it’s been over $25k in true-up charges… I now have a fully functioning system with a battery backup, and I can monitor it all on my phone or computer. Ric told me what needed to be done, gave me a fair quote and a time frame: he nailed it!! Thank you Ric, your team, and I hope you get the business that you deserve. Sincerely, GR"

"Very professional and timely, as well as provided information on the service in layman terms. I was able to understand how WIFI was being setup and its functionality. The price was fair and well worth the choice. I advise anyone and everyone to consider this company for your computer needs."

"He was efficient, helpful and easy to understand when it came to fixing my computer issues. Not to mention it was very affordable and worth every penny."

"They fixed my work computer so fast I thought nothing was wrong , they got to the point so fast it was kinda amazing definitely hiring them again"

"Bob and his team are consummate professionals. They asked me a few questions, performed a triage of sorts, and quickly determined they could help me. They offered me a 100% money back guarantee so I thought "what's to lose?" they asked my permission to access my computer remotely and went right to work. About an hour later they. were done and what a difference that hour and their work made. My Mac laptop, that was running at a snail's pace, was now a rocket ship and running faster than when I bought it. They told me that they also could do the same on Windows computers so my wife's PC was next and the outcome was the same. You can beta this deal at $99 and a money-back guarantee. I highly recommend All American Solutions."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
