Our 5 acre parcel was scorched in 2015, when our original home was destroyed by a house fire. Property was again scorched by the Kincaid Fire in 2019. Dead trees, including ancient and massive oak and a 100 plus year old walnut tree, were not only sad reminders of trauma, by also fodder for potential future fires. Ulysser was not only prompt, he was knowledgeable and a great communicator. He confirmed and reconfirmed that he was doing exactly what we wanted.
