"We purchased our home knowing it would need extensive remodels, and we were admittedly nervous after hearing so many horror stories about planning hold-ups and unreliable contractors. We did our homework, researched over 8 companies, and met with 5. The moment we met Moshe, we knew he was the right person for us. He was the right price, had the right temperament, the right balance of speed and detail orientation, and most importantly, he listened to what we wanted. While other contractors tried to push us into their vision, Moshe respected ours and guided us with smart advice that improved the design for real-life living. It was truly the perfect match. From day one, Moshe was on top of everything. He always had a team on site, and they worked tirelessly through what was no small project: three bathrooms, moving the laundry room, relocating the kitchen, laundry and 2 bedrooms, installing new structural supports, moving multiple windows, moving a slider door and so much more. He removed old pain pieces on frame, cut the screen he bought in half and screwed them to the bottom of each door. He then spray painted the doors white. The doors needed more paint, so he went to Home Depot again and bought additional cans of paint (12 in total). I got sick from the paint smell, so my sister took over. When he finished she paid him. When I was able to inspect the job, I saw a hole in one doors screen and long screws sticking out 3/4" on both screens. I sent hime a text message to his phone, but got no response, so I phoned him to discuss the matter. He said his drill slipped punching to hole in the screen and that's the only screws he had. This year we decided to upgrade to Solar power, thought we should check if there was any problem doing that regarding the warranty on our roof replacement. We never received the written warranty for the roof replacement. 3/14 my husband left voicemail & emailed MNM production dept also texted the owner/Amir; he needed warranty info for the roof we had replaced.
