"Walter gave me a quote that was one half of another estimate that I had to do the work. I couldn't believe he could do the work for that low of a price and still make money . He told me could and he did it. He started work on a Friday and he and his helper worked all day Saturday. We talked it over Sat. and I gave him extra money to remove a tree at the front of my yard and trim one hanging over a garage from another property and trim / remove some from the hill in the back. I also paid him extra to rebuild / repair my leaking sprinkler valves and repair all my outdoor plumbing. This alone will probably save me six hundred dollars a year on my water bill. Walter also removed the dead bushes / shrubs from a planter in front of the house and trimmed the palm trees he could easily reach for free. Walter came back to work some more on Monday and I would not be home until the following Sat. He sent me pictures of the completed work / new sprinkler head -rebuilt valves, trees / bushes removed . I didn't have to pay him until the following Sat. when he came over with his young son. late in the afternoon. We walked around together and we reviewed his work before I gave him the money. Over all, I am happy with his service and this is why. I got all yard work / weeds removed from my property plus trees removed trimmed and my outdoor plumbing repaired / rebuilt / capped all the extra work for one hundred and fifty dollars less than my original estimate from the other yard service. Plus, Walter had to take all my yard scraps in his full trailer to the dump. The only thing I notice is all the little pebbles and rocks in the dirt left over after raking but I know the wind here is bad and it seems to blow all over. I got a letter from the Berdo Fire Authority that My property was a fire hazard ( they were probably worried it would burn down the golf course). My house / property now looks the best it ever has in the almost three and one half years that I have lived here. I will be calling Walter again some time next year to come back and to do some additional work I have planned. Jim Adams"
