Best patio cover pros near Novato, CA

"The Acme Awning Company salesman was punctual and came well prepared with sample fabrics and various options with prices.  The pricing is slightly higher than some others I researched, but I learned that their guaranteed service levels made it worth the cost.  You see, the salesman's measurements didn't account for a non-obvious surprise that required the awning be 3" shorter than the width measured.  When the installers came, they found a way to make the salesman's measurements work, but when I said I wasn't happy with it, they promptly uninstalled the awning, took it back to be resized, and showed up the next week to install it again to my satisfaction. If I had purchased the awning from one company and hired my own contractor to install it, I would have not known about the hidden/non-obvious surprise causing me to order an awning that was the wrong size, and I would have had to pay the contractor to install the awning, take it down, and reinstall it again...all costs that would have added up.  With Acme, one price covered it all, and I absolutely love the result - it's functional and beautiful! I'm usually a DIY person, but I'm glad this time I left it to the pros."

"I needed a modification on my patio cover with custom gutter installation. Vincent was reliable, efficient, personable, and charged a reasonable price. He was easy to communicate with and understood immediately what we wanted. He totally solved our patio waterfall flooding during rainstorms problems that several other workmen were unable to fix. We're very happy with his work!"

"He is honest and trustworthy. He has a great commitment to completing the job on schedule"

"I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my patio cover. If I need more cover’s, he’s the one I will hire. I highly recommend him for the job you need done. He takes pride in his work installing Patio Covers. Thank you Joe. And on another note I don’t want to leave his helper out . Those two working together are like 2 peas in a pod. Finding good help to work together is a blessing"

"These guys are great. They are super friendly and honest, and their prices are extremely fair. We hired them to rebuild a section of our fence which had fallen over due to rot. The day before they were scheduled to do the work there was rain in the forecast, so they showed up a day early to make sure the work got done and didn't have to be delayed. They finished the job, and did excellent work.
They will be my go to for repair/remodeling work in the north bay going forward. I only wish we had started working with them sooner!

"So far, it has been pretty good but they haven’t done the work yet.  They have been very responsive.  They have gone through the bidding process very respectfully.  They are supposed to come over next week to finalize the design on the job they are going to do for me.  They quoted me $28000.  It has been a pretty positive experience so far.  I had another contractor bid the job, that was a terrible experience, and these guys were, much, much better.  I liked that they did not put any high-pressure sales on me like some other contractors and the others were twice as much in their pricing.  They gave me a quote, told me it was good for six months and told me I could make a decision whenever I want.  They were pretty kicked back, the guy I dealt with was Graham and I think he is one of the owners.  He was pretty straightforward and didn’t not provide any high-pressure sales.  We have been conversing via email back and forth and sometimes it takes a couple of days to respond to my email so from correspondence point of view, it has been really good.  They are scheduled to start the work on the first week of June.  He showed up on time when he came to do the quote. "

"He and his crew were amazing. The job is well done, in a very timely manner, the cost was quite reasonable, the clean up was excellent. I will hire him again!!"

"Excellent!!! Christopher Rubio was very responsive and kept me abreast of time of arrival throughout the day. He had a project in the morning and was coming to perform work for my mom later in the day. I was coming from an hour away so trying to coordinate time. He was very punctual and ended up waiting for me to arrive since I was delayed in traffic. Install went very well. We ran into a snag with one of the shower bars because the second stud could not be clearly identified, so Christopher immediately located a hardware store nearby and purchased tile anchors to secure bar into wall. He wanted to ensure that the bars installed were safe for my mom as if he were installing them for his mom or grandmother. He left the area clean and performed the job well. He made an elderly woman (my mom) very happy and I have piece of mind that my mom is safe having grab bars in her shower area. Thanks Christopher! I highly recommend Christopher to anyone whom is seeking a handyman. (He does painting, plumbing, electrical, TV Mounting, baby proofing and misc repairs as well)."
