"I couldn’t recommend system one interiors more. The only thing I regret is all the time I wasted getting quotes from other contractors who gave me the runaround. Richard From systems1 interior is a dedicated and communicative person that I enjoyed and appreciated working with from beginning to end. I had asbestos popcorn ceiling removed by another company who were not as careful as I would have liked and left the ceiling in pretty rough shape. Richard and his team skim coated the whole ceiling primed and painted it. It looks beautiful and has really made Home feel like home. his team also took out an old AC/heater unit in the wall patched and repaired it like it was never there. He walked me through the process and explained all the steps. He was so thoughtful and took the time to show me pictures of what the end product would look like and even utilized resources I already had to cut costs for me as a homeowner. "Ciro showed up the same day to provide an estimate, his price and availability were good, and his team was scheduled for Saturday morning at 7am. 
Ciro arrived with the team on time and decided to skim coat the back wall, remove the popcorn from the ceiling, make a few minor repairs, and then blend everything together with orange peel to hide the work.  Ciro left the job site and 2 crew members remained.  Took them a few hours but they were polite / kept a clean worksite / etc.  While the skim coating and patching came out great, I was concerned when they began using spray cans vs. a hopper for the orange peel.  In my experience, the cans are a nightmare to match texture BUT I figured they were pros so I'll see how the finished product looked. 
Once primed / painted / etc., the work was good BUT the blend wasn't perfect.  It's better than I could have done but I was kicking myself for not speaking up about the cans. 
I mentioned this to Ciro and he was great about it.  He apologized and immediately offered to come out and respray to fix the issue.  Given I had already painted and was a on tight timeline, I couldn't take him up on the offer so he took a healthy discount off the invoice.
Ultimately, mistakes happen on the job and this one was fairly minor.  If I had more time, I would have had him come out and fix but he did the next best thing and discounted the work.  All in all, I would use him again albeit I'll speak up more on the cans.     "
