John worked with me to design the look and placement of paving stones, plants, walkways, lighting, and it truly was a collaborative effort. He respected my input while providing helpful suggestions. To my surprise, he was able to fit my big project into his busy schedule nearly immediately and completed the work in under three weeks including demolition of old driveway, and the removal of lawn and trees. His crew was always courteous and professional, and they did not cut corners, but did things right and thoroughly. When they ran into unexpected circumstances (accidentally breaking a water line), they took full responsibility and quickly remedied the situation and made it even better than before. The finish product speaks for itself and has become a highlight of the neighborhood with many people stopping by to say how wonderful the new look is.
