I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

He was very courteous and definitely knows his business. I was very pleased with him. They only charged me for half an hour. "Anytime I have a problem, I call Dish, and they do good work, and they come quickly enough. I have a service contract with them where I don't have to pay them. That was one of the smartest things that I did, and that was to sign up the service contract for a small additional sum each month, I don't have to pay each time they come out to do work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."
