She was friendly and polite but didnt skip a beat all the time we were talking. VERY knowledgeable regarding her trade. She cleaned upholstery that I was quoted over 100.00 from a professional furniture cleaner. She git spots out of the carpet that the professional steam cleaning service couldn't.
