"It's been a couple months since Zach with McDonald's Home Solutions analyzed our air-conditioning needs and had Potts and Vince install the Mitsubishi heat pump and duct work. They were amazing and very hard working. The system is working great and makes a huge difference in the comfort level of our house. It's extremely quiet. It operates like a whisper and we hardly know it's on other than the house is cooler. I checked the energy use of the system against our solar panel productions and it hardly makes a difference. They protected my floors with tarps and were very careful to protect my walls as they moved equipment in and out. Previous Dependable Heating & Air company sent 2 people who insisted I replace entire furnace and ducts up to roof vent & wouldn t fix simple duct water leak. Admittedly my furnace is old but still working fine. Will never use Dependable again. Matt didn t pressure me to replace furnace & give me a quick $ amount with no pressure. Nice guy.
