"I was thrilled with the work that Ferguson did. I wanted all of the floors cleared of carpeting and Vinyl panels replaced them. Ferguson recommended what was best for the climate in my area, even though it was less expensive than the engineered hardwood I originally thought I wanted. They had a big job to do: pulling up all of the old carpet and padding, then getting the new floor down. All the while, they kept me informed of their progress and finished on time and on budget."

"I'm very happy with how RugBotic cleaned my Persian rug and managed the whole affair. The rug is a 12x8 hand-knitted silk rug that, ahem, hadn't been cleaned in 40 years. Yes, it's somewhat worn but they treated it carefully and we're able to restore the lovely colours, I especially like the blues. I didn't bother restoring some of the tassels, I like a worn look. They provided an underlayment that will help protect it and actually help he felt of the carpet. Very happy with their work."
