I was pleased he told me about the delay. He brought in a friend who knows plants, since he is more of a hardscape guy, which I appreciated. He underestimated some areas, so it cost more and took longer than the estimate, but he kept me informed the whole time. His crew put some of the plants a little off from where we had discussed. The quality of work was great otherwise. The end result looks really good."
