"We just had our kitchen completely renovated by Beverly Builders Group, and we couldn't be happier with the end result! Lawrence was our contractor and he fully brought our vision to life!!! My family and I went out of the country while the kitchen renovations were done and Lawrence took care of everything for us. He was super easy to get in contact with when we needed him or had any questions. He honestly went above and beyond for us and I loved how transparent he was about the job along the way. I've worked with other contractors in the past that weren't so honest and it was such a nice experience this time around. Emily was our project coordinator and designer and kept us updated daily on what was happening. We were always in communication with her and she overlooked our shopping list of all appliances so nothing was missed on our installation dates. Their team was amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best! We were so happy with them that our master bathroom"

"I wanted to replace carpet with wood-look vinyl in living room, dining room, library and office in my house, but the floors were very uneven. One company said they would only recommend replacing with new carpet and a second company gave me a ridiculously high estimate for the work. Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"

Andrew was always available to answer any questions and was always very responsive to my emails and texts. He kept me well informed at each phase of my project. He has been by far the easiest contractor to work with that I have experienced of the three I have worked with. His crew does the work the old fashioned way with care. They helped build a 2 bed 1 bath 600sqft addition to our home during the lean months over the pandemic. We had multiple projects (pool, patio, retaining wall) going on at the same time with other contractors and the crew from A1-Builders were by far the most professional. They always made sure that they left their work site clean after each dayâ s work. "Overall my experience with this company was great! The work that was done was really really good! Our contractor who assisted us was Jose. We added a living space and master bedroom to our home. The additions done look as if they were part of my house this whole time. Honestly it looks way better than I expected. The only reason I rated the company a 4.5 was because there was always some kind of miscommunication between our contractor and his workers. Don t get me wrong, things were always resolved, Jose was great at that. But my recommendation to is to make sure communication is #1. That way the customer is not confused or left wondering what will happen next. There was an issue with his floor guy though, he was rude and unprofessional. BUT the reason I am mentioning this is not to put down the company but let you know that we expressed concern for this issue and it was resolved professionally by Jose and it never became an issue again. The quality of work was top notch! His workers were all pretty cool guys and we always felt comfortable of who was coming into our home to do the work. I highly recommend this company for your next big project😊👍🏼"
