Tim Shpilker at Rancho Remodel was my point of contact and worked with me during the remodel of my two bathrooms. He was always very responsive to all of my questions and concerns and had great design ideas. He was flexible and provided me with multiple options when I wanted to make changes or try to save money. They provided quality products and performed good quality work for a reasonable price.

Everything was perfect! This was not our first project with Scott so we new it would be a great experience going in. We absolutely love our kitchen and how much more storage we have. His team completely gutted the kitchen, removed ceiling soffits so taller cabinets could be installed and removed a wall to create a more open flow to the dining room. The soffit removal did pose a challenge due to an AC vent one wall of the kitchen, but Scott was able to find a solution that made us happy. I can't say enough good things about working with Scott. We picked out the materials and appliances and he took care of the rest. He was also extremely patient and gracious during the process considering how indecisive we were. I can't imagine better contractor to work with!

The previous owner attempted to convert the garage laundry area to an interior laundry room, but did a poor job and violated building codes. The project involved complete demo of previous construction, framing new walls, new drywall and paint, new pedestal for water heater, electrical work, recessed lighting, new cabinets and new tile floor. Scott and his team were amazing! We went to work each day like we normally do and would come to find tremendous progress was made each day. There was a great attention to detail and Scott did a great job of making recommendations, while still accommodating my design requests. During the project they made sure to move the washer and dryer back each night and connect them so we could still do laundry. They also did an incredible job keeping the area neat, cleaning up each day before they left. Scott worked with the City to get the necessary permits and came up with an innovative design to maintain required dimensions for the garage and still capture enough space to install new cabinets in the laundry room. I also appreciated how Scott kept me updated over the course of the project via text and phone calls. This was our first project with Ranch Remodel and we were so pleased, they have become our go-to contractor and we have hired Scott for two more projects after this.

Very pleased with the result. Tim was very responsive to queries and concerns. I've used larger general contractor/construction companies over the years due to favorable reviews but have been disappointed. There is very little oversight during the whole process with the other companies. Tim was on site and corrected various problems during the project leading to a superior outcome.

Scott and staff were very respectful of our home and us. Everything they said they would do was done and to our satisfaction. Scott responded quickly to all calls. His workers were very nice and knoweldgeable and the product provided was top notch. The bathrooms are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. The kitchen is much more functional especially due to the great lighting and trey ceiling, but it is truly beautiful and a pleasure to work in. The job was done ON TIME and on the price we originally agreed to. There were very few days that someone wasn't working at our house. Scott or his foreman were here monitoring the work. We have nothing negative to say about this experience and we have had our share of bad experiences.

Workmanship quality is excellent. Price was competitive. Installation went very well & workers were careful not to damage my home when they installed storage unit. My complaint is that communication between me & the company was poor. It would sometimes be 2-3 weeks between updates. If I were to use Rancho Remodel again I would stipulate how often I wanted an update. The overall project took over 3 months from initial meeting with contractor in my home & the installation which seemed way too long. I should have required a firm completion date with the contractor up front. I am very happy with the finished product & would use the contractor again if we could agree upfront on the completion date & stipulate communication updates.

Tim from Rancho Remodel was great! He helped my husband and I through the process as we worked with the insurance company. All of the men who worked on the project were professional and prompt. We especially liked the gentleman who did the drywall and all painting. He was very pleasant and did a great job. The area was kept as clean as possible during the project. We will definitely look to Rancho Remodel for any future work we may do on the house.

They've done something for me every year. I've used them for this house in 2012 and I've used them for everything that I've needed as far as remodeling goes. They're very responsive. I really enjoy working with the owner, he is very professional, but he is friendly. He gives me good advice on other things around the house. So, I feel comfortable using him, somebody I can depend on.

They did everything, they gutted the kitchen and redid cabinets and the floor. They put in a tile floor. They recommended somebody that I go to for appliances. They did some plumbing work too. They put a new sink in and a dishwasher. They did the installation of the appliances that I bought. They did lighting. I have used them again for some other project. It took them six weeks to complete the remodeling. The workers were very good. The workers had a very friendly attitude, they were very accommodating. I was living in the house while they were doing the work. The owner, Scott, is very professional and very easy to work with. I have continued to use them. I've had several bathrooms remodeled, he helped me put new flooring in other parts of my house and carpeting and lighting. So he has helped me a lot on different projects.

They did a great job. I would recommend them to others.

The hall bathroom the tub shower combo was replace with a big shower. Floor to ceiling tile with a frameless glass shower door. The bathroom ceiling was raised 3 feet and new tile floors were installed. I kept the original vanity, sink and faucet.

The master bath was completely gutted but the footprint did not change. A custom vanity, side storage cabinets and a display cabinet gave the bathroom a clean look. Over the vanity pivot mirrors were installed. A new soaker tub was installed with tile surround and accent tile across the tub face. New tile was installed in the shower along with a frameless glass shower door. New tile floors were also installed. With the new polished nickel fixtures, the master bathroom has a spa feeling.

He matched the wood color perfectly and the job looks great.

The galvanized pipe under my slab broke and my house was flooded.  Scott and his team came in, and practically reconstructed my entire house, and made it better than it was before.  They where always on time, and very professional.  Scott's bid was about
25% less, and he offered better quality materials, than the other contractors I got bids from.  Also, he made a lot of good suggestions and worked with us on choosing materials.  Scott was right there through the whole job, he and his team are honest and hardworking, a quality that is hard to find these days.  I have highly recommended him to my friends and will be calling him again soon to do a bathroom remodel, which is the only room left in the house to do.

One week from start to finish. I would definitely use Rancho remodel for any and all remodels to my home.

It went wonderfully well. Scott is so warm and easy to work with that you feel immediately at ease with him. He's a really nice man with a really nice group. The cabinets he selected are absolutely beautiful and they work perfectly.

I was having company from out-of-town for Thanksgiving and I was worried it wouldn't be done in time, but Scott, the owner of Rancho Remodel got right on it. It was difficult to match my original stain color, which caused a slight delay, but not only did he match it, but improved the look of the stain remarkably and was done in one week. I was so impressed that we want him to come after the new year, to redo all the rest of the cabinets in the kitchen.

From the estimate to the finish we were informed as to what would happen when. Scott and his troup of men are professional and competent as well as polite and helpful.
We are retired so were present through most steps in the process. We felt comfortable questioning what was taking place and were given
Appropriate answers and felt confident in their abilities.
My kitchen is beautiful and I wouldn't change a thing about it. Rancho remodel is tops in our opinion!

Scott and all his workers are very capable, hard-working, and dependable. They were always on-time, neat, and considerate of us.  We had had an excellent experience in our first remodel, and we did not hesitate to call Scott again when we were ready to do our second bathroom.
