Best deck repair pros near Montclair, CA

"Bill was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the needs of our deck repair. He was very efficient and was able to complete the job in one day. We are so thankful!"

"Rocky and his team Carlos, Duan and Rubin are extremely professional, responsive and efficient. The waterproofing in my upper deck and garage floor coating are done in high quality of workmanship and careful manner. I really appreciate their positive and helpful work attitude. I highly recommend them to any home owner."

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"I hired Mario in December 2018 to replace a balcony in my apartment. He gave me a fair price for the work and did exactly what he said he would. More importantly, he cleaned up the place after the work was done and always caters to your needs. After I paid him for the job, I noticed a trip hazard that I should have noticed during the walkthrough. I brought it to his attention and was afraid he'll ignore me just as other contractors would after they've been paid. However, Mario was extremely professional and responsive, and fixed everything for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing work and would hire him again in the future. Thanks, Mario, for a job well done! Tom - Rancho Cucamonga"

"I worked with Daniel and he was very prompt and responsive, did exactly what he said he'd do. He worked underneath the house in an area I couldn't access. Took and showed me pics to illustrate the issues and he worked excellently."

"Great team, did a great job."

"Allwyn was super responsive and collaborative. He worked with us to design the final solution (a unique shaped concrete pad with stamp design) which ended up being much less expensive and much more beautiful and functional than the original plan (a wood deck). He went beyond what was asked to make sure he and we would be proud of the result. Allwyn asked great questions, attended to detail, and offered creative changes. We had some challenges with an electrician Allwyn subcontracted. The electrician missed some appointments. Ultimately, the work was completed and the quality was excellent. I look forward to working with Allwyn again."

"SavOn/Ivan came out immediately and tested the area in question. I had mold in my dining room ceiling, not airborne thank God; but mold none the less needing remediation. SavOn completed the remediation in about 4 days and were very thorough, professional and attentive. Taylor in the office and Ivan in the field provided excellent service. SavOn was a little pricey but not as astronomical as the other companies. My project is not yet completed due to a lack of funds on my part but the cosmetic repairs will be completed soon and I'll keep you posted on the progress. Angel A"
