He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. "Mario replaced my existing deck with a beautiful new composite deck. He is very enthusiastic about his work and has great design skills. I was very impressed with his eye for detail. The structure is solid and extremely well built. He is open to questions and suggestions and is easy to work with. The job expanded to adding a beautiful tile walkway and river rocks around my tree. When he was finished the whole area looked complete and beautiful. He has a very good crew of workers who genuinely enjoy their work. They are hard workers and left the worksite clean every day. He worked with us to design the final solution (a unique shaped concrete pad with stamp design) which ended up being much less expensive and much more beautiful and functional than the original plan (a wood deck). He went beyond what was asked to make sure he and we would be proud of the result. Allwyn asked great questions, attended to detail, and offered creative changes. We had some challenges with an electrician Allwyn subcontracted. The electrician missed some appointments. Ultimately, the work was completed and the quality was excellent.
