Technician Ben is a very pleasant person. He came to my home after all the vents got clogged and the dryer wasn’t drying. He discovered serious mold in the vent hose. He replaced the hose and cleaned the entire system, and since then everything has been working perfectly. We also received a one-year warranty, and the prices were very reasonable.
