"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

I was able to get smart locks, a visual doorbell, and additional sensors for MUCH less than it would have cost to order the locks alone. Reasonable monthly monitoring fees as well. I would highly recommend! Just be sure to order what you need at the beginning, as the discounts are much better at that time."
