"10 out of 10 golden wrenches! I had an immediate emergency issue with my water heater and Gerrod with Valiant Plumbing was there within the hour assessing and working the problem. He was professional, clean (always respectful to my flooring wearing booties) knowledgeable, and explained the situation clearly. "It took a while to schedule the job, due to weather and the pro's family emergencies. Robert did a very good job replacing the toilets....however what he picked out wasn't exactly what I explained I wanted. He put in fantastic grab bars in the tub area as well. Gayle kept the communication going during the delays, which I appreciated. Robert cleaned up the work areas which I appreciated, too. The overall job cost $150 more than the estimate, which surprised me...but still a good job."
