He was precisely on time. He worked very, very hard and steadily for all the time he was here. He had excellent, new, top of the line equipment. My husband, Peter, was a golf course superintendent for many years and appreciates hard work and well tended equipment. Peter recently retired of necessity because of a serious neck injury and we really needed Williams help. I want to add that we both liked William so very much. He is a kind and gracious gentleman and any one would be happy to have him as a friend. He is clearly honest, dependable and generous and his fee reflected these characteristics"
