"This is part two of a review for NRG Heating and Air Conditioning. The first evaluation was written as a complaint for a job completed but one that did not follow the all of the stipulations of the contract. This review is written to thank the individuals from NRG who took the first evaluation to heart and then dispatched a team to fix the areas of concern. I am delighted to report that the work completed today was done per the contract. Not only was the barrier wall built between the two condo units as originally promised, the attic was insulated with the additional blown in material, the old attic door sealed and caulked, pictures taken, and the area left clean and tidy. I am most grateful to the general manager, the quality control manager, as well as the insulators who made sure the job was finished per the original contract. NRG should be recognized as a company that not only took the time to read a customer service review but then acted, in a timely manner, to resolve the issues addressed in the complaint. I am most grateful for NRG's time and willingness to take responsibility for and to complete a job as promised. Thank you!"

"Air Duct Solutions did fine. At the end, they did go into a large sales pitch about doing some more deep-cleaned of the air ducts. It took them awhile to come out to do this, after I had purchased the Big Deal."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Overall I saw some improvement to the previous condition. I asked them to wash the gate but they did not do that. It went ok."

"Professional and efficient. The technician Jacob knowledge was impressive. My mother passed away on July 15th and on the 17th, Jacob came out and fulfilled her last request. I would hire them again for my air conditioning needs. If I could I would give Jacob a raise!"
