The product is a good product. I just think the follow up care was not good. In the beginning the responsiveness was fine. Installing the heating and air, they were fine. It was the after care that I'm having a problem with."

"They sell to you a filter to your furnace that is metal that is supposed to be a strong benefit over the throw away kind. This is kind of controversial. You have to take it out and hose it down. I stopped using it on the advice of my air conditioning installer."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
