Customers say: True professional

"Hercules Handyman Services did a great job installing the oven/stove. Lano did a great job in handling the problem from beginning to end. He immediately returned my phone call, contacted the tenant, investigated the problem, followed up with me (giving me the options to move forward), disposed of the old oven/stove and installed the replacement. I contacted the tenant, and they were happy with Lano's work. Lano was efficient and the cost was reasonable for the service provided. I will use Hercules in the future as they provide excellent customer service."

Glaziers questions, answered by experts

DIY is possible for small mirrors. Professional installation ensures secure mounting for large or heavy mirrors.

You don’t want to put anything on top of your mirror when you move it. You also want to limit the possibility that something heavy will fall on the glass and shatter it. For this reason, it’s not a good idea to lay a mirror flat in the moving truck.

You should dust your mirrors once every one to two weeks as a part of your normal cleaning routine, and you should plan on cleaning with a glass cleaner or DIY cleaning solution once a month or so. This will help reduce the buildup of hygiene products like hair spray on the mirror, as well as oils and dirt from fingers. You can always spot-clean between regular cleanings if you notice your mirror getting dirty or smudged.

Yes, you can hire someone to hang a mirror in your home if you’re unable to tackle the job yourself. You can search for nearby mirror installers, but often, your best bet is a local handyperson. If you’re having other work done in the same room, such as plumbing, drywall, or electrical, those contractors are likely able to help hang the mirror as well—no need to hire someone else.

It can be. While not all smart glass comes soundproof, you can buy smart glass made specifically to be soundproof.
