Bob arrived on time and even sent text reminders. I had him fix the rollers on my 8 sliding glass door, which after his repair slides like it s brand new! I almost broke it several times opening it too hard forgetting I could now open it using only 1 finger! While at my home Bob also measured for a sliding screen door and replacing the bug screens on 4 windows. He estimated a week to get them, scheduled the appointment and showed up on time again to install them. Bob provided fast & friendly service from start to finish, I will recommend him to all my family and friends and if you re reading this review I highly recommend him to you!"

"Neighbor accidently broke my glass sliding door when his mower kicked up a rock over the fence. It happens. Cen Cal arranged for them to take care of the cost. Cen Cal answered their phone when others wouldn't pick up. They came the next morning and took measurements and had a solid (fixed) estimate and collected from the neighbor. My class was custom ordered due to the measurements. The glass was installed in 5 days. The only thing that concerned me was the measurements wasn't accurate, it was 1/2 inch off. The installer used shims to compensate for the difference, so my concern is for the longer term integrity of the glass. Their limited warranty is only for 60 days, so what happens a year or two from now? Today's cost was $433. What will be the cost 5 years from now when it cracks from its own weight? Right now it is fixed."
